What is foil stamping?

Foil stamping is another add-on to print products to make them look and feel more luxurious. Depending on your preference, we apply rose, hologram, silver, light gold or dark gold foil to selected areas in your design to make them pop.

What is "crack and peel", "back slit" ,"split back"or "crack back"?

It refers to slits located on each sticker's back that allows for a easy peeling and application process.

What is perforation line?

the perforation line is the line of small holes punched into a printed item such as a ticket that makes it easy to rip one part of the print from the other.

What is spot UV?

Spot UV is a premium add-on where high gloss UV coating is applied to selected areas of the design. You would need to specify these areas in the file by putting them in a separate layer.

Which products can I apply gold foil or metallic foils on?

The metallic accent is available on a wide array of BoyuePrinting products made from cardstock. Try it out with our custom stickers,mylar bag,hang tags, washi tape ,postcardsbusiness cards, and even greeting cards.

How do I place an order on the platform?
You can select the corresponding goods in the platform for quotation, by adjusting the parameters to meet your satisfaction conditions, after confirming the price is correct, you can pay the order according to the prompts in the order page. After the payment, you need to upload the corresponding printed documents, the platform will be free of charge to your files on the machine printing process; After you receive the printed document pushed back by the platform, you only need to confirm that the document is correct, then the order will enter the printing production process. At this time, you just need to wait at home for your documents to arrive in the mail.

How do I track my order?

Once we have shipped your order, you may track it by clicking the “Track Shipment” button in the Orders & Proofs section of your account.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t approved your design proof. To do so, reach out to our Customer Service team at (888) 888-4211 and make an order change request. Please refrain from resubmitting your order to avoid unnecessary charges on your credit card.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation from our Customer Service team at 008613922702750. Once we honor your request, there will be an additional $15 cancellation fee on top of other applicable charges. However, we will no longer accept your cancellation request and you will still be charged the full amount if your order is already in any of the following stages: 

  • Your order has been sent to production. 
  • Your order is already packaged. 
  • The order is on its way to you. 
  • Your order has been delivered.

 

How to place a repeat purchase?

To place a repeat order with the exact same specifications and quantity, go to “Your Account” and click the Orders & Proofs tab. Look for the previous order that you’d like to purchase again and click “Reorder”.

How do I create my own BoyuePrinting account?

You need to have your own BoyuePrinting account to place an order. To create one, click “Sign up” on the upper right side of the screen. Then, click “Create Account” and provide your complete name, email address, password, and phone number in the blank fields. Afterwards, check your registered email address and wait for our verification email.

How do I update my contact information?

Go to “Your Account” and click “Settings”, then “Contact Information”. Replace the existing contact details with your updated information and click “Update” to save.

How do I change my password?

Go to “Your Account” and click “Settings”, then “Login Information”. Input your existing password then type in your new password in the dedicated fields.

When will I be billed for my order?

The full amount will be automatically billed to your credit card once you place your order.

Should the billing address be similar to the credit card company’s records?

How do you address pricing errors on your site?

Do I have to pay extra for customized products?

No. The rates for customization are based on the product specs, materials, quantity, and turnaround time. You won’t need to pay extra for the service.

What’s the turnaround time for my order?

The estimated turnaround time varies per product and is based on the number of business days needed for production. We will only begin processing your order once the following conditions are fulfilled: 

  • The print-ready artwork is already uploaded
  • Full payment has been received
  • The PDF proof has been approved by the customer
  • For custom print orders wherein the customer requests for a hard copy of the proof, the signed proof should be sent to UPrinting on or before the cut-off time.


Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes, through FedEx or UPS as they offer guaranteed Overnight Service. However, these options are not available for all orders – it will still depend on the number of packages and the type of product you ordered.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on the number of packages, the weight of the packages, the destination ZIP code, and your chosen shipping service.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes, we can send printed products in unbranded boxes upon request. Just tick this option when you enter your shipping address.

Which company did you partner with for delivery?

Should I use CMYK for my artwork?

We recommend using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key or Black) for printed projects. This ensures that you will get the right colors in the final printed product.

What image resolution is best for photos?

The ideal resolution for images is 300 dpi and 400 dpi for text.

Will the colors in the printed design look the same as the ones in the artwork I submitted?

We do our best to give our customers the best color match for their artwork. However, getting the exact color match is not always possible. The texture, finish, and type of material used for the project could affect the colors on the final printed product.

My file is in RGB. Can you change it to CMYK?

Yes, we can. However, the switch can make the colors different in the final print. We will send you a PDF proof of your file so you can see how your project will look like before we begin printing.

How do I improve the quality of my image?

Some images appear blurry when printed because of low image resolution, which makes the artwork look pixelated. To fix this, use an image with at least 300 dpi.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept print-ready files in the following formats: PDF, AI, CDR, JEPG, and PSD.

What is a proof?

A proof allows you to see a print-ready version of your file before we print it. It shows any technical issues in your design and includes recommendations from our prepress team on how to make your artwork file ready for printing. 

What are my next steps upon receiving the proof?

Review the proof carefully to see all the notes from our team. If you don’t agree with the changes and recommendations, you may reject the proof and let us know how to proceed with your project.

If you agree to the changes, please approve the proof, and continue to checkout for payment. We can only print your project once you’ve sent the proof approval and full payment.

Do you charge extra for the proof?

Not at all.The proof is complimentary as part of our free file review service. You can request one even before placing an order.

How do I use a print template?

Print templates are a great way to make great designs in just a few steps. Our print templates are set up with the proper bleeds and margins to help make your artwork print-ready once you are done designing.

Are the print templates free?

Yes, all our templates are free to use. Simply select the right template for your project and then download the file type that’s compatible with your preferred design software.

What is white layer?

White layer is an add-on feature that enhances the design by increasing the sticker’s opacity. We can add this to your custom stickers and decals in three different ways if you are unable to add white ink layers to your file:

Make only the background clear, and artwork opaque 

(Most Popular)

All text and images will have white underneath, making them opaque and easier to read. The background will remain transparent.

Make white areas clear

Only the text, images and background that are white will be transparent. All other design elements will have white ink underneath and will be opaque.

Make everything transparent

The entire sticker will be transparent or see-through. No white ink layer. Not ideal for stickers with small text.

Follow my file settings

Choose this option if you have set up your file with the correct Transparency and HPT-White layers. We will print as is.
